6 healthy choices that fight Fat !!!!

3 apples a day will keep ur weight gain at bay !!!

Slice up a few fruits in front of yourself and you’ll notice them gone within a few minutes. But that’s not all that’s going away, so is your weight. By increasing your consumption of fruits, you’re not just eating healthier, you’re less likely to be hungrier thence increasing volume but decreasing your calorie intake!
  • Slice up an apple and attack it with some chopped nuts and a teaspoon of maple syrup (if you prefer so)
  • Have it with some peanut butter

 2. yougurt :     I’d say skip the fruit yoghurts, they’re just high in sugar. Switch to some Greek Yoghurt – it’ll have you thinking it’s full fat, when it’s really 0%, & if you really despise the no fruit yoghurts, cut up your peaches/strawberries/etc, and throw some in.

GUM::  We’ve talked about this before, but the next time you find yourself reaching out for a snack, even one on the list, ask yourself if you’re really hungry. If you can’t answer that, or if you’re not sure, just  chew on some gum. Stock up your ‘junk’ cabinets with boxes of your favorite gum flavour – that way it’s more economical and always within your reach.
Not only do you end up burning calories by moving your jaws up and down, you also save tons by not grabbing some fattening snacks instead.

BERRY BERRY HEALTHY  : They pretty much make every healthy food contest on our list, but that’s just what makes them amazing. Fiber is the key to weight loss; it keeps you satisfied throughout the day and out of your kitchen’s way. Berries are an excellent source of roughage.
  • Raspberries – 8 grams of fiber per cup
  • Blackberries – 7.4 grams of fiber per cup
  • Blueberries – 3.5 grams of fiber per cup

TURKEY : It consists of the fewest calories per ounce of any animal protein. It plays a role in preserving muscle mass during weight loss, as well as keeping your metabolism running at full sleep. It’s also more satiating than fat/carbs, so you’re less likely to overeat.
Next time you’re at Danube, stop by those circular sections with men waiting to slice up some salami for you and opt for those turkey ones. Sandwich it in some whole-wheat bread and you’re good to go!

PEANUTS : It fights weight gain, slows rises in blood sugar AND curbs hunger. Researcher Rick Mattes, Ph.D, concluded that peanuts’ satiating power, like turkey’s, helps people eat less overall.
